We like to keep things simple and offer Free Shipping to most locations in Canada. Orders are despatched from our supplier warehouses in Toronto and Montreal. There is a delivery area surcharge applied to deliveries to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Please Contact Us for details. Note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided with your order. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to inspect and sign for the delivery.
We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes there are reasons why orders need to be returned.
All orders cancelled 48 hours after placing your order are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for arranging the return shipping, the return shipping charges and a restocking fee of $150. Your return must be received back at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
